Lecture Information
- Schedule: Tuesdays at 9:05 AM
- Location: Call Auditorium, Kennedy Hall
- Format: Live, in-person lectures
- Co-Instructors: Dr. Mark Sarvary & Dr. Joseph Ruesch
Lecture topics and dates are provided in the syllabus. An orientation video is available on Canvas at the start of the semester to help students locate Call Auditorium.
Laboratory Information
- Location: First floor of Comstock Hall
- Format: Weekly, in-person laboratory sections
- Instructors: Each lab section is taught by a Graduate Teaching Assistant from across CALS and supported by an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant who is a former BIOG 1500 student.
Laboratory sections emphasize hands-on investigation, data analysis, scientific communication, and collaborative scientific work.
Office Hours & Support
- Office hours are held primarily via Zoom, with occasional in-person offerings
- Schedules and access links are posted on Canvas
- Lab Instructors and Undergraduate Teaching Assistants are available for content-specific questions
